Did you know that there is a simple and cheap way to improve gas mileage for your cars? And I dont mean that you can improve gas mileage by just one or two miles per gallon, Im talking about a hydrogen fuel cell for cars, a technology that makes it possible to run cars on water as a supplement to ordinary gasoline. This HHO gas is then mixed with the regular gasoline + air mixture in your cars engine. And as this mixture of gases burns with a lot more power and efficiency you get more MPG.

Joe Devlin: Do your homework. Know what makes a domain name valuable and have a plan before you register a domain. A domain name is in essence a business card to the world. Match the message a domain name can send with a business that needs to send that message and you have created value.
Andrew Allemann: Don't buy too many domains before you sell one or two. You may not be buying quality domains and may never sell them.
Stewart Reynolds: Have your domain names appraised to find out which names are the most valuable. Then have the most valuable domain names pointed to a page where prospective buyers can contact you. On that page post your asking price and request offers.
Michael Collins: I guess it would seem self-serving to say list them at Afternic, but letting people know your domains are for sale is the first step. There are many ways to promote your domain for sale. Listing them on leading domain name exchanges and putting a for-sale notice on a website hosted on your name are among the best. Set a reasonable price. The biggest mistake I see is overpricing. There are many people who think their two and three word generic domains with limited market size are worth tens of thousands of dollars. If you do not have successful experience selling names, consider a reputable appraisal service. You have to be careful with appraisals too. Many appraisals are inflated to entice people into marketing relationships.

Diabetes has steadily become a major public health problem over the years. More than 120 million people in the United States. have diabetes, the majority of them with type 2 diabetes. As the federal government and insurance companies begin to face rising health care costs of treating diabetes and the accompany problems, there is a great incentive to begin to identify those at risk for diabetes before they actually develop this chronic disease.
One way of doing this is with various types of diabetes pre-screening tests. Diabetes is defined as a metabolism disorder where the person has excessive sugar in the blood. Testing, however, cannot be performed by simply drawing blood and measuring the glucose levels. This is because a significant portion of the public has normal blood glucose levels during the day but raised glucose levels as they eat during the day. Any valid test for diabetes has to take this into account.
There are three main tests for diabetes used by medical care practitioners. They all basically measure how fast and efficiently your body is able to clear glucose from your blood stream. A test showing results of relatively high glucose levels is a good indication that you have glucose intolerance, pre-diabetes, or diabetes. The three tests are:
1) Random or casual plasma glucose testing - the patient can be tested at any point in the day. According to the American Diabetes Association, if the test shows a casual plasma glucose concentration of 200 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dl), it has met the criteria for a diagnosis of diabetes.
2) Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) testing - sometimes referred to as the fasting blood sugar test because the patient has to fast before the test is administered. Fasting, in this context, means that the patient has not consumed food or drink, other than water, for at least eight hours prior to the test. It's probably most convenient when done first thing in the morning after a night's sleep. The test measures blood sugar levels. The normal glucose level after fasting is approximately 100 mg/dl. A diagnosis of diabetes can be made if the glucose concentration is 126 mg/dl or more. Monitoring of the blood glucose measurements persists throughout the day. Because this test is relatively inexpensive, it is a popular one with insurance companies and health care providers. This is also a standard test given to check for pre-diabetes.
3) Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) - The best and most comprehensive of the tests. It is more sensitive than the FPG test and can test for impaired glucose intolerance which the other two cannot. It's also the most expensive, making it the least popular with insurance companies and health providers. The test is performed two hours after orally taking 75 grams of glucose. A diagnosis of diabetes can be made if the blood glucose results show 200 mg/dl or greater.
It is possible that a test, for any number of reasons, can give a false positive and indicate that a person has diabetes when, in fact he doesn't. Because of this, if a test shows positive, it should be repeated to confirm the results.

It is no secret that high incarceration rates are an epidemic in the Black community. Many of todayýs biggest celebrities, from sports to music, are survivors of this epidemic. Some of todayýs biggest hip-hop stars often rap about their struggles growing up in the Black community, but few return to their old neighborhoods and mentor children about avoiding the temptation of street life.
Few rappers have been criticized as much as Long Beach legend Snoop Dogg, whose early success led to the popularity of ýgangstaý rap in the early 1990s. Despite the raw lyrics of Snoopýs early records, he is determined to see that the youth in the Black community do not follow in his footsteps, which led to his incarceration before achieving international fame.
According to reports, the West Coast rapper has teamed up with documentary director Gabriel London, filmmaker Alex Munoz and Black Entertainment Televisionýs (BET) Urbanworld Film Festival to present Bigg Snoop Doggýs Youth Authority: California, an autobiographical streets-to-prison documentary production.
According to a released statement, ýThe resulting documentary weaves together Snoopýs experiences growing up in the midst of daily violence and gang activity with the stories of young men still caught up in the streets-to-prison cycle. Bridging generations, London has painted an intimate portrait of Snoop and the ýyoung Gýs,ý current prisoners and parolees who struggle to find their way in a system that is too often focused on punishment rather than education and rehabilitation. The film is Snoop and the filmmakersý attempt to break a vicious cycle that leads to over 10,000 youth being locked up annually in California alone.ý
Before signing to Death Row Records in the early 1990s, Snoop was active in the nefarious street gang the Crips, experiencing frequent run-ins with the law. The rapper, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, actually spent time inside Californiaýs infamous ýYouth Authorityý (also known as CYA).
Not long after high school graduation, the future rapper was arrested on cocaine possession charges and spent the next three years in the judicial system. Unlike so many others in the Black community, Snoop was able to find an alternative lifestyle when he discovered a love for hip-hop. Snoop, along with Nate Dogg and hip-hop producer Dr. Dreýs step-brother Warren G, founded the group 213 and began recording mixtapes hoping to impress Dr. Dre. At a NWA house party, Warren G persuaded the disc jockey to play a 213 mixtape, and Dr. Dre was so impressed with Snoopýs rhymes and charisma that he collaborated with him on his debut solo single ýDeep Cover.ý
Snoop would go on to become an overnight sensation in the world of hip-hop. However, he could not escape his violent past, and at one time was charged with the murder of a rival gang member, Phillip Woldermarian, a charge he was later acquitted of because of self-defense.
Despite his numerous run-ins with the law, he is determined to see a change in the mentality of youth in the Black community. Snoopýs idea for the documentary was to use his personal story to teach children in the Black community that there are alternatives to the criminal lifestyle.

Not long after high school graduation, the future rapper was arrested on cocaine possession charges and spent the next three years in the judicial system. Unlike so many others in the Black community, Snoop was able to find an alternative lifestyle when he discovered a love for hip-hop. Snoop, along with Nate Dogg and hip-hop producer Dr. Dreýs step-brother Warren G, founded the group 213 and began recording mixtapes hoping to impress Dr. Dre. At a NWA house party, Warren G persuaded the disc jockey to play a 213 mixtape, and Dr. Dre was so impressed with Snoopýs rhymes and charisma that he collaborated with him on his debut solo single ýDeep Cover.ý
Snoop would go on to become an overnight sensation in the world of hip-hop. However, he could not escape his violent past, and at one time was charged with the murder of a rival gang member, Phillip Woldermarian, a charge he was later acquitted of because of self-defense.
Despite his numerous run-ins with the law, he is determined to see a change in the mentality of youth in the Black community. Snoopýs idea for the documentary was to use his personal story to teach children in the Black community that there are alternatives to the criminal lifestyle.
Bigg Snoop Doggýs Youth Authority screens Friday, September 12 at the Urbanworld Film Festival.
